Patient Reviews

“Our visit was on a very busy Sunday — the staff was efficient and friendly. Nurse Practitioner was caring, knowledgeable and clearly communicated with our teenage daughter and us (parents). Overall a positive experience. I would highly recommend Twin Rivers!”
– Patient in Grand Island

“Been there twice and the care is by far is the best. The nurses are not rude like at my Drs office and they actually call you back when you call them. Unlike my office where you can wait for days before someone calls you back and you have to call them to see why no one has called you. Thanks for the great care! And for making me feel like I wasn’t just a number, that I was actually a patient!”
– Patient in Hastings

“I’ve been there twice once for my kids and the other for myself! They provide great service! Definitely better than some of the ones in Lincoln! I would recommend to my friends and family!”
– Patient in Seward

“Your service was timely and professional. Your staff worked well together as a unified team. You were very good at asking for my permission before going forward with any further testing. Everyone seemed to wear a smile.”
– Patient in Grand Island

“I’ve been to this facility 3 times, once for my daughter and twice for myself and this is my favorite place by far. You can tell everyone is there for the patients and not a paycheck. Very quick at getting in and out. Thank you for making me feel better.”
– Patient in Hastings

“The physician was personable, understanding, and extremely helpful in referring my daughter to a specialist. She is greatly appreciated!”
– Patient in North Platte

“They are timely in getting to the room to do the examination. I feel like I’m getting good care. They are less expensive than my regular doctor and when you are cash pay, that’s important.”
