Direct Primary Care

Direct primary care (DPC) is an alternative healthcare service where patients pay a monthly fee for a specific set of comprehensive medical services. It is a type of primary care billing and payment arrangement between patients and providers, without sending claims to insurance.

DPC is not health insurance and patients may need to use the care of specialists and emergency services. It is recommended that DPC be paired with a high deductible, catastrophic, or health sharing plan.

Twin Rivers DPC is unique in that it combines both primary and urgent care services. It covers only what is listed in our agreements and does not cover any medical services outside our clinic, or at our other locations.

The biggest benefit is cost savings coupled with transparent pricing to help you avoid unforeseen expenses. With Twin Rivers DPC you know upfront what your health care costs will be.

Twin Rivers DPC is more than just primary care. With our combined primary and urgent care services, you have access for same-day sick visits, wellness care, and chronic disease management – all for just dollars a day.

DPC allows you to build a closer relationship with your provider, with more flexibility to oversee your health without involving a third-party. Medical advice and or treatment may be available over the phone, through a secure patient portal, through video chat, or in-person if appropriate. Twin Rivers DPC is convenient, affordable, and easy to use.
