Job Summary: The Digital Marketing- Website Specialist will be responsible for managing the company website and social media accounts. Additionally, they will work with marketing outlets to create adds and promote our company in a variety of ways.

Requirements: Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence – including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant

Create shareable content to spread our brand which may include but is not limited to ads, mailers, digital content, billboards, brochures, business cards, etc.

Run regular social promotions and campaigns. Track the success of these campaigns.

Create and distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.

Track and monitor traffic and responses on social media profiles.

Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company in accordance with company values and Code of Conduct.

Develop and maintain the company website in accordance with the marketing strategy by regularly providing new content to optimize SEO.

Write various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blog using high quality content around important, relevant terms to improve SEO.

Provide feedback to other contributors and edit other writer’s content.

Evaluate the effectiveness of blog posts on a quarterly basis at a minimum to improve blog strategies and tactics.

Develop ways to expand the overall reach of our blog.

Manage both on page and off page SEO for the company.

Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on click through rates and traffic.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with influential media outlets to meet the needs of the marketing plan.

Provide relevant input into the development and implementation of the marketing plan.

Plan, create, and edit high quality video content for internal and external use.

Evaluate and recommend marketing tools to management to meet marketing goals efficiently and effectively.

Assist with event planning as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned or needed

Qualifications:

Prefer a Bachelor’s degree

One to three years experience in a marketing and content creation experience

Superior communication skills, both written and oral

Relationship building skills

Good follow through skills

Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, social media, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS

As an Admissions and Patient Coordinator, you would work to provide exceptional customer service to our patients, vendors and co-workers. Specific duties include but are not limited to: welcoming patients to our facility both in person and virtually, gathering demographic, insurance, and contact information, answering phone calls, scanning records, taking customer payments, and assisting with referrals and pre-authorizations.

Prior office experience desired, experience in a medical office setting a plus

Specific duties include accurately recording vitals and health history, performing lab tests and x-rays, assisting with minor procedures, and occupational medicine such as drug screens, spirometry, and audiometry. Excellent customer service skills are needed as the clinical position requires interaction with patients, vendors, and other medical facilities.

MUST have High School Diploma or G.E.D., limited x-ray or x-ray certification, and prior urgent care or family practice experience desired.
